Love for the Game

Have you lost love for the game?
The season is over and you still go through the motions. Be the man you once were. Why is it early in your career, you were on fire? What has changed in your life? When you see yourself just doing the minimum, you have to stop and evaluate. It is possible many things have thrown you off course. You honestly cannot expect to leave a legacy behind with a mediocre performance. You have to keep the energy flow going. I've looked up your previous stats. Did you think I wouldn't? As a team there is the ability to take it all the way. As a player you have the ability to be one of "The Greats".

Which one are you?
It takes little effort to go through the motions and do what is required. It takes heart and love for the game to become "TOP DOG". Discipline! You didn't come this far to finish your career on a down hill slope. You made it this far by electrifying the court and your fans. Be the man you once were.

I could tell you many things that would probably depress you. Who wants to hear those things? What I am trying to show you is, there is liking what you do, but there is passion in doing what you love. So I must ask again, have you lost love for the game? If the answer is yes, then there is nothing left to say. If the answer is no, then what are you willing to do, to get back on track? The things that ignite the drive, dreams and goals to get where you are, must be the same things that take you to the finish line. Don't let fame put out the flame. Get your shine on. Let me see what you are made of!
