Control while under pressure


HOW DO YOU control yourself while under pressure. There are many things that cause us to react, rather than respond. How do you control your emotions under pressure? Its the final game and the opposition is breaking all the rules. Normally you would get aggressive; this time you stop to consider the alternative. You smile at your opponent. REALLY! You then get back to the game. When you learn to stop reacting and respond, it levels the playing field. It not only gets you mad respect; but throws the enemy off their game. Think about it?
