The Knowledge of God

It is amazing what has happened to me, since drawing closer to God. I have in the past looked and gone to church, but never really drawn close to him, without seeking anything in return. I once thought doing good deeds and helping others would draw me closer to him. I was wrong.

It wasn't until I started to search his word more thoroughly and in depth, that I started to see myself the way he sees me. It was when I looked for him with my whole heart, that I saw truly how wonderful God really is. The knowledge of God has changed the entire way I see myself.

I have had confidence in the past, but I see all the wonderful gifts he has given me. The Knowledge of God has been true enlightenment. Each of us may have certain gifts, but he gave them all to me. I once wondered why I seem so different or don't always fit in with others. I am not supposed to. I fit in with Gods place for me.

I have met many people and I am thankful for the things I have discovered. I hope the people I have had encounters with, have received something good from our having met.

Exodus 31:3>> And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom and in understanding, and in knowledge and in all manner of workmanship.
Meaning: When you think you are the negative things others have told you, look to God and know that he has created you perfectly. He created you and I in his image, so it is a fair assumption that he has given you his traits and characteristics. When you think you are ugly, stupid or fat, look to God's Word. You are Perfectly Made for His GLORY!

Scriptures to dig deeper into his word are as follows:

Genesis 2:9
Genesis 2:17
Exodus 31:3
Exodus 35:31
2 Peter 2:20
Isiah 11:9
2 Chronicles 30:22
Proverbs 2:5
Hosea 4:1
Hosea 6:6
Romans 11:33
1 Corinthians 15:34
2 Corinthians 10:5
My 2 favorite scriptures on the Knowledge of God are:

Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.

2Peter 1:2 Grace and Peace be multiplied unto you, through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord.

No longer a Victim, but victorious in God. The past strengthened me for the future God has for me. I am thankful for the trials and lessons. I am ready for the me he has created me to be. The world is a better place when you believe in the name of JESUS. He saved my life. Amen.

Be blessed and Know you are HIGHLY FAVORED!
