What Are You Worth?

Who determines your worth? Certainly, not someone else. You Do!
Knowing your worth starts with your passion. Whatever you have a passion for, will manifest. The quality of your work, creativity and your effectiveness,will be heightened and show your best traits. You can be an athlete, entertainer, bus driver or idiot. Now mind you, an idiot may need to become a comedian and get paid for it. That's just it, don't allow words to get your panties in a bind. The word itself means an unlearned person. So with that being said, words have meaning.

Worth defined, means having a certain value. Having property to the value of, and good or important enough to justify. So with the definition being made clear, you determine what your value is. If someone is willing to pay for your services or expertise, obviously they see a valuable asset. Maybe if they don't want to pay you according to your terms, you should give them your best effort. After showing them what you are capable of and they still don't negotiate, come up with a better strategy. Perhaps you should find someone who can and will speak up for you, with a full comprehension of what you have to offer. You must paint a clear picture for them and be able to show your skill-set.
