The buzzer

You're in the fourth quarter frustrated, with the direction the game has been going. The last three games were lost. You're on the bench and the offense is playing terrible. Three minutes left on the clock and your buddy just got carried off the court.

As your friend I am supposed to encourage you. Not telling you to play your best game, but play your best in the game in life each day. The game will last but a short time. After the game, how will you handle the opposition and their strategy, that come your way? Will you give your all?

Lets not limit ourselves to being only the best, but striving for greatness in all things. In order to be a great ball player, you have to be a great friend, dad, husband, son, etc. When you perfect your game off the court, your performance will be at its PEAK!

So you get back out there. You analyze the opposition. When the buzzer sounds.......You just made the winning shot. When you strive for a better you, the rest is easy. Don't allow the pressure to win, take away having a love for what you do. At the end of the day, you win some and lose some. It is a game and you want to win, but still focus on whats really important in Life.
