Criticism

When someone criticizes you it should be used as a tool, to help you become better. If you think about it, no matter how good you are, someone will find something negative to say. You can win every game and someone will critique the way you controlled the ball. They may even say you are too confident.

Instead of taking those things in a derogatory manner, listen carefully. After you hear what is said, ponder on it. There could be some valuable insight you could use. However, if the critique is coming from a bad source, let it go. You can always find some good in everything. Let those words positive or negative strengthen you.
At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what someone else thinks of you. It matters how you see yourself. If you have someone to encourage and motivate you, all the better. If not, seek that positive support system. Never allow the sour apples in life to tear you down. Look for those that can lend an ear, when you need it.

When you wake up each morning say something positive; to yourself in the mirror. If you think negative thoughts, they will manifest. Something close to my heart is, "For whatsoever a man thinks, shall it be unto him." If you think your bad or good, that's what you become. Know that you are the best and are more than enough. That my friends, is #realtalk!
